Thesis

During the first world war, the rapid increase in advancements with many parts of the military, including guns and poisonous gases, caused military leaders to recognize the need for more effective and efficient communication technologies. Thus, new technologies introduced during WWI enabled soldiers to communicate more quickly, assisted the Allies in winning the war, and contributed to the women’s rights movement.
